RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 30 days once you have received your shipment. After 30 natural days from your purchase, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as Kunda Mystery Boxes, as they may include perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, which cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.

IMPORTANT: To complete any refund or return, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory. It is crucial that you send us an email to contact@kundaco.com attaching the purchase receipt to provide you with the support required and to follow up on the process.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Replacements (incorrect size)

If you wish to replace a T-shirt due to incorrect sizing, you can exchange it for the same item in a different size as long as it has not been more than 30 days since you received the product and the product has not been used. Please email us at contact@kundaco.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +52 (55 1644 3863) to explain the detailed steps to follow for the replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as possible.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within approximately 48 hours.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@kundaco.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded (i.e., items without promotions or discounts).

Shipping costs are non-refundable; you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Recommendation

It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item promptly.
